My faith is an important part of why I built this business. As a Christian, I believe serving people well matters.

For me, that means being honest about what you actually need, charging fairly, explaining things clearly, and building something I’d be comfortable putting my own name behind.

Do I need to know what I want built?

No.

That’s part of what I’m here for. Tell me the problem. We can figure out what the solution should be together.

Do you only build websites?

No.

Websites are one part of what I do. I also build booking systems, dashboards, payment flows, automations, customer intake systems, trackers, admin tools, and other systems that help small businesses operate.

Can you work with my business if I’m not in Pennsylvania?

Yes.

The Buddy System is based in Pennsylvania, but most projects can be completed remotely.

What software do you use?

It depends on the project.

I work with tools including Canva, Duda, Stripe, Square, and other platforms depending on what makes sense for your business.

I’m not interested in forcing your business into a specific piece of software just because it’s the one I know.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and I’m upfront about it.

I use modern tools, including AI, to build faster. That’s a big part of how I keep projects affordable for small businesses, nonprofits, and ministries.

What AI doesn’t do is figure out what your business actually needs, decide how the system should work, test it, walk you through it, or pick up the phone when something needs fixing. That part is me. Every system I deliver is planned, reviewed, tested, and supported by me, and I don’t hand over anything I can’t explain or fix.

If your project involves customer or financial information, I’ll talk with you before any of it goes into an outside tool. While I build, I use sample data whenever I can.

Are there other costs?

Sometimes.

Domains, hosting, payment processing, subscriptions, and third-party software are separate from my labor unless specifically included in your proposal.

I’ll explain those costs before we build anything.

What happens after you build it?

I’ll show you how to use it.
